Can a real estate Brokerage company in New York State have more than 1
broker owner?

Real live example:

We are 3 equal partners in a corporation. We all passed our broker's
exam. According to the New York Department of State, does the brokrage
need one designated broker/owner (who owns more then 50% of the
company) or can it stay the way it is (all of us equal partners) and
have 3 broker owners?
