Hi, I am using MAC OSx TIGER and I have installed vpn from Cisco Systems to login from home and do my work. It was working fine, but recently it has started giving these errors every now and them, "Error51 : IPC Socket allocation failed with error fffffffffffffch. This is most likely due to the Cisco Sytems Inc. VPN Service not being started. Please start this service and try again " So I have to reboot my system and after that it works fine ! I need to find reason why it is happening and solution for this. The following are not the problems ..... 1) The Internet connection is OK. 2) I use the high speed SBC dsl, so speed is not an issue. I don't want to reboot the system everytime I want to start VPN. Please help .... |

Tiger is incompatible with the Cisco VPN Client. See: http://news.com.com/Cisco+VPN+incompatible+with+Apples+Tiger/2100-1036_3-5688731.html Joe |
