I am a US citizen living in the US but I am doing some limited
consulting with a UK organization with a consultant who is a UK
citizen. The UK consultant is paid by the UK organization and then
pays me my fee.

My question is 2 fold - first, what does the UK consultant need to do
(if anything) with regards to reporting my income to the IRS - is
there a UK 1099 or anything? Second, is there any special treatment
of this income compared to typical US consulting income?
