I have created a Pivot Table in Excel that lists accounts in the row
field and contains AR 30, 60, and 90 day balances in the data column.
When double clicking to drill down to specifics the table pulls all AR
balances for the account. I would like to drill down to the specific
AR30, 60, or 90 day balances for that account. Is there a way to
specify drill down data so that only the information in the particular
AR subcatagory selected is displayed for an individual account?

I'm not sure why you're experiencing this problem, but I suspect that
you may have defined things so that AR30 and AR60 include the higher
categories also. (I didn't get this problem with a quick trial using a
code to specify each item as AR30/AR60/AR90.) In this case if you
drill down on AR30 you'll get all the AR amounts, because that's how
you've defined it.

If you could post a link to an Excel file displaying this problem we
can probably give you some more detailed help.

Put the AR 30, 60, and 90 day balances as "PAGE" not "column" and
select the one you want to see
