I own a small business. I currently have 3 phone lines with caller ID.
We have a Meridian M7208 system. We run a  wireless network to access
internet using and also use Goldmine for contact database. I am
looking for a solution to track all incoming calls in with caller ID
detail, time, etc. so that I could get a better grip of sales to help
manage my time and market better. Also business is involved in
delivery so if there is any way to for me to do a reverse lookup to to
google local maps to find distance I could know what my delivery
charge should be.
