I need to find any published work(preliminary design for a company or
academic) on a passanger aircraft that contains the following:

-6 or more seats per row (any configuration)
-2 ailes(walkways)
-wider cross section than its high
-published or reported to the public before Fall 2000

It can be within any country. 

The current airplane that fits these descriptions is the Boeing 787.
Please find another one.
