Under the Will there are a number of beneficiaries to whom financial
assets are to be distributed by way of bequests. There is adequate
money for this with the balance of financial assets and all home
contents and personal possessions going to one beneficiary as residue
- he is significantly the largest beneficiary.

The home contents and personal possessions have in part been removed
by the Executor of the Will and the major balance by a non beneficiary
sibling of the lady whose will is being distributed and the major
beneficiary. The non beneficiary sibling has disposed of almost all
the non financial assets !

This it theft and fraud on behalf of the Executor and the non beneficiary sibling.

The Executor states that he forgot about the non-financial assets but
admitted that he knew they were held by the non beneficiary sibling.

No non financial assets are available for the residue beneficiary to
whom they were intended to go.

The Executor has failed to act honestly and has either disposed of
and/or lost all the non financial assets of the estate.

The executor has stated that he forgot about the non financial assets
of two houses and comprising family heirlooms, valuable assets and
personal effects he well knew existed and which from time to time he
controlled, or partially controlled and/or stored himself.

What action is available to me please and particularly observing the
the solicitor who drew up the will has been acting for the Executor
and that he refuses to answer any questions. Please note that the
will was to be distributed on 1 December, but that t4his was not done.
The solicitor concerned is seeking to buy extra time.

The Executor and Solicitor are located in Geelong. The non
beneficiary sibling is located in Warrnambool and a
multi-millionnaire.

I am a disabled war veteran on a service pension and living in a tiny
housing commission flat.
