I am looking for writer's guidelines for msn.com. I am particularly
interested in their Tech and Careers sections. I haven't been able to
find anything on their site, and the Contact Us section seems not to
have any category remotely resembling my question. I did a brief
general web search, but don't have home Internet access right now, so
thought I'd try here. Please ask for question clarification if
anything about this request is unclear. Thanks in advance!

In a quick browse of MSN, the career articles
all have a tag at the bottom, noting:
"This site is jointly operated by Monster and MSN."
and the tech articles all seem to be authored
by individuals associated with ZDnet. It gives
the impression that they don't solicit outside
articles or writers. Just a thought.
