When does the clock start ticking as to liability for injury from
toxic shock syndrome. A 17 year old died about three years ago and
her
mother is now suing the manufacturer.I need codes, statutes, court
cases, or any primary authority associated with this question. I'm

Yes, this helps. I was wondering if you could find a case dealing
with a minor girl . I'm trying to convince the court that my client
has not missed the statute of limitations deadline. I want to focus
more on the fact that she was a minor at the time of her death and I
have a longer time then if she was an adult. thank you
