I am looking for research info on 'condo hotel'.
Specifically, a listing of EVERY condo hotel in United States by
State, including the operator the developer / owner, number of condo
units, price points, amenities, etc...All of the info should be
organized in a spreadsheet.

I would appreciate if you could do a search 'condo hotel' or
'condominium hotel' or 'Hotel condominium'

I'm looking for a comprehensive list of condo hotels - more like a
directory of condo hotels.

GA Researchers will tell you that they can't provide "every" -
especially "EVERY" - or all of anything. You might also check the
FAQs about price, especially as you ask for "etc". Perhaps you can
set limits to the numbers and details that you need.

Thanks myoarin, but I'm certain that hotel_acquisition-ga must have
made a typo in the pricing, and I bet the researchers will wait for
him to correct it! The reason I think this is I answered 3 questions
in January that requested Hotel information, where furnishing
inforrmation on a single hotel: furnishing the names of the:
conceptual architects, architectural consultants, the contractors,
subcontractors, project managers (in terms of development), interior
consultants, and I.T and communication consultants, for $200 a piece!

hotel_acquisition has asked for a spreadsheet of every hotel in the
entire US, and asked for the developer/operator, number of units,
points paid, amenities, ...all for less than what s/he gets paid for
in an hour.

That would take weeks to produce. It's a typo, it MUST be.

I muddled one sentence in there, it should have read:

..."where researchers furnished information on single hotels in Las
Vegas..." --would read better.

But you get my drift...

If you're looking for information on condo hotels, the best source by
far is Condo Hotel Center. Their website has literally hundreds of
pages of great information on the subject of condo hotels. Go to
www.CondoHotelCenter.com. If you are looking for a list of condo
hotels on the market, click on Condo Hotels, Featured Properties.
Also, you can sign up for their Property Alert newsletter which will
notify you when new condo hotels come on the market. Hope that helps.
