Why the prices of Copper Cathodes in DR Congo are so different? why
some manufacturer price of copper cathodes/MT is lower than $1500/MT
in DR Congo? is it true in DR Congo Market? If this is true,what is
the reasons?

When the price is hovering at higher level no one can sell at sub
