What is the programming language used in wireless devices, such as cellular phones; 1) to write free text (similar to HTML used for designing an iputing free text in regular web pages); and 2)to create database (similar to MS SQL or My SQL used for creating database for database driven web sites). We would like to hire programmers to create software for an internet based application for cellular phones, which will have both free text and database components. Thanks. |
