I have a recipe of baking a bread with more nutritous and tastier ingradients than pizza. I would like to explore it as a pilot, sampling and eventually building a commercial outlet. Any tips/leads on where to begin? |

A friend of mine did quite well by selling her baked goods at a flea market. That might be an inexpensive way to find out whether people like your bread. |

Farmer's markets often include baked goods and other "homemade" items (in addition to fruits and vegetables). If there is a farmer's market near you, that might be worth checking out as a place to test-sell your product. |
