common cases of bruxism should be controlled by general practioner dentists, but in some cases, the patient might seek an oral surgeon's consultation. many treatments are available but no single treatment is always successful. but in my exprience, the NTI-TSS (nociceptive trigeminal inhibition tension suppression system) device gives excellent results. |
