Recently I came across the website of the King Baudouin Foundation in Belgium,
www.kbs-frb.be .  It is one among several
funds/foundations/donors/sponsors which offer financing/grants to a
range of projects.

Could you possibly trace a listing of such funds/foundations/donors/sponsors ?
Alternative would be to trace some funds/foundations one by one. 5-6 or more if
possible with references/websites.

Only funds/foundations which offer (at least some of their) financing/grants to
projects in developing countries are of interest.
Funds/foundations which offerer support only to, say, sports or medical
research or environmental projects etc. in North America or Europe are
Not of interest.
