Wow, Sex is less than twice as popular as Human Rights (238 million to 141 million hits)! This site could be a start: http://www.hrweb.org/ I don't expect that it will be critical, which is a serious consideration: how much killing war is justifiable to defend Human Rights? The UN Charter says that countries should not involve themselves in each others' internal affairs, which is why in Hungary (1956) and Czechoslavakia (1968) the fiction of "inviting" support from other communist bloc countries occurred. That restraint has diminished in the last decade or so, at least in my opinion. |
