The link below is to the Kohler website.  The link itself is for a
sink basin, however, I need to find the manufacturer, and hopefully a
method to purchase online, the specific piece of furniture that the
sink is sitting on.  It looks to be a beach-wood sort of console table
with horizontal slats.

These sinks are pretty recent additions to the construction industry. 
The builder or remodeller of the home would be the first place to
contact for the information about the cabinet.  Next step might be a
custom cabinet maker.  People avoid cabinetmakers like the plague
because they have been brainwashed by big-box retailers into thinking
that real cabinetmakers are all unreasonably expensive.  This isn't
true, but it is also a separate story.  Local General Contractors know
the names of competitive cabinetmakers.  Or you can call them right
out of the phone book.  Other ideas might be contacting the Kohler
distributors in the area, because the specialty cabinet makers for
these fixtures might have connections with the distributors.  Local
Plumbing Contractors would know where the sink probably came from.
