Catdog:

It is noted at the john hanson website that a package of (3) tracball
balls can be ordered for $3.00 plus shipping. See:

    http://www.johnhansenco.com/whamo4.htm#trackball

John Hansen may be a wholesaler to toy stores. You may need to call
them and beg t get them to ship directly to you but they also may just
be able to give you the name of a retailer in your area....

good luck

Sorry, but I had already gone this route. Noone ever responds to the
voicemail left at this phone number. I have also left an email at
that address with no success. Please respond. This game is a lot of
fun in the water at the lake, where I go. Of course, it is too late
for this year, but I would still like to proceed with obtaining a
resource for ordering extra balls, if you could for me. Sorry, if I
had not responded for a while, but I have had some personal health
problems to deal with. Please respond with a new answer, if possible.

Hi Catdog:

Well, my grandson was watching me look up the answer clarification for
you and he saw the tracball on the website www.johnhansenco.com and
asked me to get one for him.

I called the 800 number 800/582-5858 from the web site (remember to
account for PDT) and talked to Marilyn Hansen and decided to buy two
tracball sets (for both grandsons) and an extra set of the three
tracballs since you said you can lose them. John and Marilyn Hansen
have these things in stock. The only tricky thing is the shipping.

For orders under $20, they charge a separate $6 shipping fee. In
summary, my share of your question revenue is $1.50, my purchase of
tracballs sets and balls came to $20.90 which puts me out $19.40 but
I'm happy since my grandsons will be happy.

This is the only source that I have found to supply the replacement
tracballs since they are such a inexpensive item. I was unable to
find them at retail at all.....

I'd suggest snapping them up from Marilyn Hansen, who delightfully
says "you betcha" a lot, by buying two packages at $3 each and pay the
$6 shipping fee for a total purchase of $12.

next summer at the lake.
Please rate the answer when you are satisfied.

Hi Seedy,
Thanks for the 800 number. I'll order what I need and be all set for
next summer. Here's hoping your grandkids will have a great deal of
fun playing this game. By the way.......one color ball is for curves,
while the other is for speed. Of course, men and boys are very good
at this game, but it is sure good exercise on a hot day when you enjoy
getting in the cool lake water after the 90 degree temps we get around
here in Illinois (I live about 15 miles from St. Louis, MO) Enjoy!
Sounds like your job is interesting for a grandmother such as me. I
will now rate my answer as I am fully satisfied.

Dear Catdog,

After extensive research, I suggest contacting the factory itself for
spare balls, since these are apparently not sold without the rackets.
