I have a Postal Savings System account in Japan, opened when I spent
some time there. I need to 1. find out my remaining balance and 2.
make a deposit into my account, but I am in New York and need to do
this from NY. How can I do this? The PSS does not seem to accept wire
transfers nor mailed-in deposits. I went to CitiBank and they said
they cannot help. Help! Can someone tell me the exact steps how to do
this. I no longer know anyone in Japan to help me.
