What is Apple's iPod market share by geography?

1) The granularity I need on geography is North America, Europe,
Asia... no need for more detailed (i.e. UK, Romania, etc.).
2) I would like to see their share in each geo for flash MP3 players,
hard drive MP3 players, and "total" MP3 market.
3) I would like to see some historical #'s, too...  So we can see how
their market share has improved (or not) by geography.

Jupiter Research has an 11/04 report... I'm looking for something more
recent.  I'd imagine it could all be found in a single report.  Not
massively time sensitive, more interested in accuracy and brevity.
