I would like to have a proffesional job description for a direct sale and a Sales Manager in a bank as following: -Position Purpose. -type and lenght of training and experience required to perform the duties assigned to this position. -Describethe Main Area of responsibility of the role e.g. getting Business opening new accounts etc... . -Describe the main areas of responsibility in term of the importance, performance standard,risk managment. Describe the most the major challenges Direct Sale/ Sales Manager can face in performing this job. -Describe the authority permitted to the Direct sales position by indicating which decision direct sales/sales Manager are expected to make and which you are expected to recommend. -list the titles of individuals, department,and organizationswhich you have the most frequentcontact both iside and outside the bank. |
