Dear cpwrrecruiter-ga;

Thank you for allowing me to answer your interesting question. As you
probably already know many people who are currently employed with
leading companies are hesitant to put themselves on the market for
employment lest they place their positions in jeopardy. This is why
the majority of people who are seeking positions like the one you
mentioned post their information in restricted databases so the
general public cannot see that they are actively seeking other
opportunities. There are, however, many qualified people who are out
there just waiting for someone like you to find them. You will find
many of them in these online databases:

I recommend you start by creating a free account with JOBVERTISE so
you can access their database of resumes:
http://www.jobvertise.com/employers/admin

Here you can search over 400,000 resumes for qualified applicants
seeking employment. Once you create an account you can search using
the keywords: ?CHANNEL MANAGER? (include the quotation marks) and you
will see dozens of potential candidates seeking employment with
companies such as yours:

JOBVERTISE RESUME SEARCH
http://www.jobvertise.com/resumes/search

As an example, my initial search revealed over 113 candidates in this
database alone who have put the phrase ?Channel Manager? in their
resumes.

The same is true for JOB SPIDER though in my cursory search I only
found two qualified candidates listed with them:

JOB SPIDER
http://www.thejobspider.com/job/resume-search-results.asp/words_channel+manager/searchtype_3

Here are some other options available to you. Some are free and others
require substantial fees to search for specifically qualified
employment candidates. In my opinion these are your best bet:

EMPLOYMENT 911
http://www.employment911.com/employer/resumesearch.aspx
This one is fairly good. There isn?t a lot to choose from but it?s
free and the resumes appear to be current.

JOB TOASTER
http://www.jobtoaster.com/searchseekers.asp
Another free one. Simply sign up and create a free employer account.
There are only about 10,000 resumes at a given time but you can also
sign up as an employer recruiter.

Premium Sites:

MEDZILLA
http://www.medzilla.com/findcand.html
I suspect this one is a significant competitor to the other premium
services. Resumes are extremely current and in my test searches I
found a wide variety of resumes that fit my search terms. If I were an
employer I would use this one myself.

HELPWANTED.COM
http://www.helpwanted.com/Employer/EmployerLogin.asp
http://www.helpwanted.com/Employer/Prices.asp
This one is sort of unique in that it allows you to sign up and search
their database of resumes but if you want to contact any one about
their resume you can buy ?that? resume. Resumes cost $20 each or $15
each if you buy 10 or more. The drawback is that they won?t guarantee
that some of the job seekers who posted resumes are still actively
seeking employment.

ZILLION RESUMES
http://www.zillionresumes.com/?source=garsb826
This one is not really priced badly in comparison to some other sites.
There are almost 3 million resumes to choose from and they are kept
current by members who post them for employers to view.

CAREER BUILDER
http://www.careerbuilder.com/JobPoster/Ecommerce/ContactInfoRDB.aspx?sc_cmp1=JP_HP_Promo_1Month
This database is fairly expensive in terms of what others charge but
there are literally millions of resumes to search from. This one also
offers a free trial.

JOBS.NET
http://www.jobs.net/
I was pretty impressed. This one gives excellent latitude where the
search criteria is concerned. Search access is expensive but there are
quite a large number of resumes to choose from depending, of course,
on what you specify. Its another site that offers a free trial.

COMPUTERWORK.COM
http://www.computerwork.com/employer/resume_search.cfm
The database offers resumes that are confined to the technical field.
The membership is expensive but, once again, you get a free trial if
you want to give it a test drive.

AMERICAN PREFERRED JOBS
http://www.preferredjobs.com/email_promo/bronzepromo.asp
http://www.preferredjobs.com/employerfiles/bronze_full.asp
Of the premium sites this one is priced right if you ask me. You get
six months free searching (this is a special good until Nov 26th only)
of over 850,000 resumes. The resumes are updated daily and about 400
new ones are added each day. I really like this one.

I hope you find that my answer exceeds your expectations. If you have
any questions about my research please post a clarification request
prior to rating the answer. Otherwise I welcome your rating and your
final comments and I look forward to working with you again in the
near future. Thank you for bringing your question to us.
