What is name and address of current owner of child's portrait (My Blue
Boy) painted by Michel Jacobs in about 1932? Last known to be owned by
John W. Kouba Jr. in early 80's.  His last known address wa 47
Katherine Street, Fair Haven, NJ 07704. He had a daughter but married
name not known.

The information provided re:the annual report of Seeing Eye
Association led me to my answer.  I would like to pay the $50.  Please
tell me how to go about it.

Hi Oreste,

The people who add comments may or may not be researchers who have
gone through an application process. If they are not researchers, they
are not eligible for payment. If your question has been answered, the
best step would be to wait to see if Duncan manages to become a
researcher before your question has expired and if so, he can submit
an answer and then get paid. Otheriwse you can close out your answer
at that point and consider yourself lucky because you got the answer
for free. Hope this is more helpful information.
