Dear Google,

I'm writing a newsletter about the "state of the bay area" and need
some basic?.but not so easy to find information (at least for me).

The newsletter will focus on changes in the bay area over a 10 year
time frame and I'm looking for charts (and data so I can do some
analysis, for the following?.)

1)The market capitalizaton of the "Mercury News 150" or a larger
representative basket of Bay Area/Silicon Valley Stocks
2)The Cash on the balances sheets of these companies (as an aggregate)
for the same period of time
3) An estimate of High Tech Jobs in the Silicon Valley over that period
4) Merger and Acquisition activity
	# of deals per year for the 10 year period
Average $$$$ size of transaction for same period
5) IPO
	# of deals per year for the 10 year period
size of $$$$ generated by each IPO (again, bay area only)

Thanks
