Looking for a Master's degree program in Library & Information Science
(MLIS or MLS or other Library master's degree BUT NOT an
IT/technology/business degree) which is fully online (zero
residency/face to face) and can be earned in 12-18 months (less than
36 credits) for a cost of around $10,000. Does not need to be
accredited by American Library Association. Can be non U.S. program as
long as it has some accredidation. Program must meet all these specs
as I have found programs that meet some but not others.

Hello shamballa-ga,

Please list the programs you've investigated and eliminated as not
meeting your requirements so we don't have to duplicate your efforts.
Thanks.

Unfortunately, I did not compile a list on the fly. I looked at every
link in every portal I could find which lists MLS and MLIS degrees.
This included Librarian oriented education lists as well as general
lists of online graduate degrees. I looked at the list of American
Library Association approved list of schools as well as the list of
programs not accredited by ALA but by educational agencies (for
example for K-12 Librarians - which does not meet my needs). I also
looked at lists of MIS programs which do not overlay onto the Library
field.
