tbsilver-ga,

Although I've been able to identify quite a few lawyers whose
specialty includes defending manufacturers of ATV and related
vehicles, they all work for the same four firms. I haven't been able
to come up with seven firms.

The best of the bunch is probably this one:

==========
Bowman and Brooke LLP

http://www.bowman-brooke.com/PracticeAreas/practiceareadescriptions34.asp?practice=Motorcycles,%20ATVs%20and%20Other%20Wheeled%20Vehicles

"...For our entire existence, we have concentrated our product
liability practice on the defense of all types of wheeled vehicles. A
significant number of our clients manufacture automobiles and trucks.
In addition, we have defended a large number of cases involving
motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, golf carts and three-wheeled
vehicles..."

Would three other listings of law firms and lawyers with a similar
calling be sufficient as an answer to your question?

Let me know.

Hi pafalafa-ga

For $100 I was really after seven...

Did you happen to find the US lawyers who advise Razor, Go-ped,
Polaris, Artic Cat or Bombadier?

If in your current list you've found the advisers to any two of these
companies, then I'm happy to say it answers my question.

If not, do you think that you could search for the legal advisors for
these firms (some of publicly listed so it might be in their filings).
Hopefully that will uncover some more law firms, otherwise, we will
then say that the four you've found answers my question. Does this
seem ok to you?

tbsilver-ga,

Thanks for getting back to me.

The list of specific companies that were of interest to you was a big
help, as I was able to search for specific product liability cases
involving these companies, and for the firms who represented them.

I've listed the results of my searches below, and have included firms
with a stated focus on representing makers of recreational vehicles,
as well as firms specifically involved with the companies you
mentioned.

I trust this information fully answers your question.

However, please don't rate this answer if you need additional
information. Just post a Request for Clarification to let me know how
I can assist you further, and I'm at your service.

All the best,

pafalafa-ga
