I am looking for some sort of web-based service where I can passs it a
bunch of key words and it will pass me back a tag cloud - either as a
graphic image or in real HTML.  I'd love to pass it some straight text
(like a comma-separted list, or CR separated, etc.), but if I needed
to format it somehow (say HTML or XML), I could probably do that (I'm
not an engineer). So, I might give it key1, key1, key1, key2, key3,
key3, key4... and it would spit back a tag cloud. IMPORTANT - it needs
to be A) free, B) self-running (I don't have a server to run it on and
am not technical enoug to do so).  I suspect this is out there, but I
can't find it.
