I don't think there is any way to answer this without having a hard-and-fast definition of what constitutes a joke. Humor is a difficult thing to quantify. |

Do you count the "It's spelled just like it sounds-- H-F-U-H-F-U-H-U-R-R" as one joke or each iteration (including spelling Uumellmahaye) separately? Ah, either way it's only got seven jokes. Eight, if you laughed at the Austrian Drunk Driving Test. |

Hey now, I love this movie. The first time I saw it, I must have laughed at least ninety-nine times. A hundred and one, if you count the snickery smirk that crossed my face when the big surprise about Merv Griffin was revealed and the shocked snort that I gave when I saw Kathleen Turner in the fat suit. |

Pink, I'm teasing. Between MWTB, All of Me ("Edwina, backinbowl"), and The Jerk ("The new phonebooks are here! I'm a somebody!"), I thought Steve's acting career would never end. I even got my parents to watch "Pennies from Heaven" and they loved it, despite pointing out everyone who was dead and speculating on the rest. |
