I had Microsoft Works 2003 loaded in my Sony VGN-A190. Inadvertantly
it is deleted few days ago. How can I instal it free of cost?

It is deletion; not deletion of short cut.

Unless it is on one of the CDs that came with your computer, you're out of luck.

You don't inadvertantly delete a program. Did you perhaps just remove
the SHORTCUT to that program?

Try going into Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs. Verify that it is
still listed there. If it is, you can just re-create the shortcut on
your desktop.

If it is NOT listed there, then what kingal-ga said is the best,
legal, answer. You would need to purchase the installation CD and
re-install.
