I am a 55 year old man and have found out that my wife has been carrying on a romantic affair for the past 4 years. I am not as forgiving as some famous wives and am planning for a separation and eventually no fault divorce in accordance with the after 18 months of separation rule for New Jersey. Once I am satisfied that I have made sufficent copies of all relevant documentation, removed by few belongings etc, is there any major reason why I could not then move out of the house to start the next (separated) chapter in my life? Recognize there are some downsides to moving out such as access to everyday mail e |

Although your situation is not as extreme as the one I gave an answer to nearly a year ago, there is a lot of information in my prior answer that can be of use to you.
