Which is better or perfeard by the frequant traveler, The use of the
new TSA locks on there luggage or luggage tamper proof seals? (the TSA
locks are locks that the airport security can open without cutting it
open) I started researching  this and found an artical that said that
many perferd the seals rather than the new locks but I lost it if you
find it in answering this ? let me know wherer I can look it up
