hi, does anybody know if there are states where the usury rate is
defined by law over the term of the loan, as opposed to an APR (Annual
rate)?

If the answer is yes, please let me know if you could also provide the
section of the state law where the rate is defined.

hi, the question will be answered if either a state law evidence is
shown that the rate is not necessarily an APR ( or , to prove
otherwise, if all states law have clear evidence that the usury rate
is an APR).
