can you find for me a recent(last5 months) news story about a man who
sues his ex wife because her sham marriage caused emotional damage bad
enough to cause him to lose interest in becoming successful, no drive
or ambition left. She basicly killed his soul. he did not become the
successful rich man he would have if not for her sham marriage to him
and then her divorce. He sued for lost income he would have earned..
He won!! I need the article to show to and hire my own attorney. I am
like that man!!

What do you mean by "sham"? Was there some element of fraud in the
marriage (e.g. false paternity claim)? Also, do you remember where
you first read about this story (e.g., a particular newspaper or
magazine)?

AS FAR AS THE WORD SHAM YOU COULD SAY FRAUD SCAM ETC.I SAW THE STORY
IN ITHINK THE DALLAS MORNING NEWS IHAD NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT SOMETHING
LIKE THAT, BUT I PUT THE PAPER SOMEWHERE FOR LATER THIS COULD BRING A
FEELING OF REDEMPTION. SHE HAD DATED MY FRIEND BEFORE HE LEFT FOR THE
ARMY. ROY HAD BROKEN IT OFF BECAUSE SHE WAS CLINGY.IT HAPPENED OFTEN
WITH OTHER WOMEN WHO EXPERIENCED HIS ENORMOUS DICK. I LEARNED FROM A
PREVIOUS DATER. IWAS LIVING MY OWN LIFE WHEN I GOT A LETTER FROM HER
EXPRESSING INTEREST IN ME. SHOTRENED:: SHE ENTERED MY LIFE AND SOMEHOW
WAS ABLE TO TAKE CONTROL OF ME LIKE SHE HYPNOTISED ME. MAYBE A
CHEMICAL?PHERONOMES? I HAD ASKED MYSELF IF ALL SHE WANTED WAS A
SUBSTITUTE SEX PARTNER UNTIL HIS ENLISTMENT WAS UP. SHE SOMEHOW
OVERCAME THAT AND I PUSHED IT SO FAR INTO THE BACK OF MY MIND I HAD
FORGOTTEN IT, ALMOST. SHE INSISTED ON MARRIAGE AND THE WHOLE BIT. ON
TO THE END. I RECIEVED DIVORCE PAPERS THE DAY ROY WAS RELEASED FROM
THE ARMY. MY FIRST INSTINCT WAS RIGHT. AS I SAID WITH A CHEMICAL,
WITCH CRAFT OR WHATEVER SHE HAD TAKEN SO MUCH CONTROL OF ME WHEN SHE
LEFT IT TOOK MY WILL TO EVEN LIVE, MUCH LESSDRIVE MYSELF TO BECOME THE
SUCCESSFUL AND RICH BUSINESS MAN I WAS PREPARING TO BE. MY STORY
INCLUDES RELIGION, POVERTY,NO CONFIDENCE, DECIET, ADULTRY, MUCH MORE.
JUST LIKE THE MAN IN THE STORY I WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE LIFE, JUST
WITHOUT THE AMBITION OR ZEST FOR LIFE I HAD BEFORE.I HAD BEEN OFFERED
A COLLEGE EDUCATION BY AN UNCLE, IF IWOULD MOVE THERE UNTIL I
GRADUATED. I FORGOT ABOUT IT WHEN SHE ENTERED MY LIFE. SHE JUST USED
MY FRIENDSHIP TO RE ENTER HIS LIFE AND GAIN HIS TRUST AND HER ACCESS
TO THE THING MOST IMPORTANT TO HER. I WAS A TOOL, NOT A LIVE PERSON TO
HER. SHE GOT WHAT SHE WANTED AND I ALMOST WOUND UP A HOMELESS BUM
BECAUSE OF THE EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL DAMAGE SHE DID. HOPE I DID NOT
BORE YOU TOO MUCH. IT COULD HAVE BEEN SOME OTHER PAPER AND ON TV.HIS
STORY IS MUCH LIKE I JUST DICTATED. I WOULD DEARLY LOVE TO GET A
LITTLE SATISFACTION AFTER BEING SO HELPLESS THEN. SORRY I CAN NOT
AFFORD MORE. I NEED THE STORY TO CONVINCE AN ATTORNEY IT CAN AND HAS
BEEN DONE. HELP ME SMILE MORE

Hi,
No, I don't have access to Westlaw.

There have been cases where men have successfully sued their ex-wives
for fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In an old case, a California man successfully sued his ex-wife for
fraud after she admitted that she had never found him attractive.

All effort is appreciated. My present wife takes all kind of rags
Enquirer, people, entertainment and could have been one of them. This
is something I would really like to pull off mainly because of her
attitude since then. I saw the story and said give it a try. my wife
does not let newspapers and books stay around very long. I am a little
closer because of your help.

This may sound strange to many of you. But, in Mexico where my wife
and I are building a house is a woman I call the Pretty Witch. I know
she is an evil woman, but I want her so bad I can't believe it.

Fortunately, I have tremendous will power, so can resist almost
anything, even lost 37 pounds this year on the Atkins Diet, and have
not eaten sweets since 1987.

So, I continue my 31 year pattern of total fidelity to my wife, but I
certainly understand what he means when he says he was enchanted by
her. It is certainly possible. Any man with less willpower wouldn't
stand a chance.

to irlandes-ga. Thanks for someone who understands. I once believed I
had much will power. When this woman entered my life there were many
unusual events and emotionial situations going on in addition to my
loss of confidence. I quit trying to understand how she did it long
ago. That news story set off the wondering again. Any body else out
there with suggestions about how she may have done it. Pherenomes? or
some designer drug? Arecent discovery of nerve growth factor in the
body can cause the same thing. Keep the will and wife you now posess
and avoid this unwanted upset.

In the course of a long life a wise man will be prepared to abandon
his baggage several times
