I'm not 100% certain, but I don't think the fiber optic service is
available on a city by city basis.

Instead, it's available in certain limited areas of numerous cities
...presumably only where the fiber optic cable has been laid already.

Is there any other way we might help you with your question?

I understand that, I'm just need some cities that is covered by
Verizon, so i can have a better idea where to look for apartments,
then i'll be contacting Verizon to make sure the destination address
is available with fiber optic before move to there.
