kazuomccoy-ga,
I've done a fair amount of project cycle management in my day, so I am
familiar with many of the stages, and the terminology, as well as the
fact that the reports created and the terms used differ greatly from
project to project.
The steps that I would consider key to project cycle management are the following:
==========
Scoping/Conceptual Study
Prefeasibility Standard
Prefesibility Study
Feasibility Standard
Feasibility Study
Decision Document
Project Execution Plan
Financial Document -- Capital and Operating Costs, Debt and Equity
Drawdown, and Basis of Estimates (akin to the 'bankability' study you
mentioned)
Post Project Execution and Investment Reviews
Additional documents may include:
Standard Operating Procedures Manuals
Terms of Reference
Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans
Risk Management Plan
Organizational Charts
Environmental Impact Review (brief)
Environmental Impact Assessment (detailed)
===============
Is this the sort of list you had in mind?
If not, please let us know what sort of stages/reports you need that
are not identified above.
And if this list looks good to you, please let me know how much
additional detail you require for each item on the list (e.g. one or
two sentences, or a paragrpah or so, or what?).
Thanks....look forward to hearing from you.
