Beheading the king, replacing a thousand-year-old monarchy with a republican system, killing thousands of people and finally covering all of Europe with death and terror is rather revolutionary, I'd say. Scriptor |

Yes, Scriptor, but wasn't the Revolution all about avoiding doing your own homework, but letting other people do it, thus building the French middle class? |

Indeed, Politicalguru! I believe that's how Napoleon became emperor as a result of the Revolution - he had others who did his homework, for ridiculously low pay. |
