Is there a complete list of known animal pathogens, specifically
viruses, bacteria, and parasites?

I am most interested in the following species:
cats 
dogs
horses
birds
marine mammals
pigs
sheep
cows
apes
reptiles
rodents

Hi Allerca,

  It's not likely to find ONE list for all the animals you listed.
Would a compiled list do, realizing that NO list will be
all-inclusive. One or more rare "bugs" may slip by!

   I'd be happy to compile a list of all pathogens that I find. Will
that work for you?

An alphabetical compiled list is fine.

I'm looking primarily for any viruses, bacteria, and parasites that
commonly affect the listed animals.  The "rarest bugs" are not my main
concern.
