I am looking for the manufacturer of some t-shirts that make the
wearer look nude from the waste up.

For instance a women wearing one: it would be a t-shirt fully covered
with an exact replica of a nude women breasts and all. A man could
wear a womens one or a mans one and the mans one would just be a
athletic chest.

I searched google but do not want to put to much time into it.

I am trying to find these for a band who is playing at a nudist colony.

Are you sure you're not thinking of the rumored "see-through" clothing
rage attributed to Japan a couple years ago?  It turned out to be a
hoax, but in 2003 many people fell for a so-called trend of people
buying clothing which made it appear as though the wearer's clothing
was entirely transparent.

I wasn't thinking of any thing I had seen in the past, I just wanted
the band to be able to wear some clothes that looked like they were
naked to fit in with hundreds of naked people at the nudist colony.

That is cool how they did that but it is unfortunate they are not a
real sellable item.

I could have been sure someone would sell these things, just airbrush
a nude body onto some t-shirts, it would be very profitable.

Some day. Maybe I will be the one to make them :)
