What studies have been done on the negative effects of msn, skype etc.
on students (say ages 10 thru 21)? For example... msn can be a major
distraction resulting in students not getting their school homework
done; they can't say no to msn; resulting in lower grades; negative
effect on morality (their tendency to say offensive or inappropriate
things on msn they wouldn't say in person) etc. etc.

and what can parents do about it?
