There was an eighties transvestite performer that had somewhat of a hit that I would like to find. He was of the likes of the Dead or Alive front man or even Boy George. It may have even been the Dead or Alive gent, but under a different name. Can you help? | |

Hello rayboy10-ga, Thank-you for your question and for accepting my clarification as your answer. His biggest hit was the song "Calling Your Name" which reached number 4 in the UK charts in November 1983. His follow-up in February 1984 was called "Cry And Be Free" and reached number 31. In April 1994, he released "You Don't Love Me" which reached the dizzy height of number 40. He also released an obscure single in 1993 called "Love to Love U" but this failed to trouble the charts. I hope this information is interesting to you. If you need any further assistance on this question please ask for clarification and I will do my best to respond swiftly (although information on Marilyn is very thin on the ground!).
