This is a pretty serious question, and I'm looking for a pretty
serious comprehensive answer:

My father (born Geoffrey Pitchfork Keeble in Goole, England September
6th 1947) does not know the identity of his father.  My grandmother's
name is Keeble.  Lillian Keeble, I believe, tho' I'm not 100% certain.
 If I can access my father's birth certificate surrepticiously, I'll
provide additional details.

My suspicion is that his father's last name was Pitchfork, since it's
such an unusual appellation.

Given the last name Pitchfork, I'm looking for a nearly complete list
of men born in England with the last name Pitchfork who could
conceivably be my grandfather.  Since my father was born in 1947, I'd
guess any years between 1920 and 1930 as a birthdate for my
grandfather, tho' it's quite possible that he was born a few years
either side of these figures.  I'd also be interested in any men who
MIGHT be my grandfather who were not born in the UK, but were serving
in the UK in the aftermath of WWII.  Given the time and place and the
surname, I'd say Canadians or Americans or Australians.  Any questions
