Who manufactures the cigarette brands, Miami,Five Stars,
Liberty,Affair,Vegas,Mikado,Rodeo,Lion?

I've tried to track this down, but unfortunately I haven't been able
to ascertain the manufacturers of these brands.

I have however, managed to find out which country they are from.

Some are slight variations on the brandnames you provided, but I have
included them as  a reference.

Miami [Style] - Germany
Five Stars - Morocco
Five [Star] - South Africa
Mikado - One brand in the UK and another in Norway
[Vega] - Bulgaria
Rodeo - One brand in Mexico and another in the former republic of
Yugoslavia
Lion[ball] - China
Lion[el] - Switzerland
Affair[e] - UK
Libert[e] - Mali
Liberty - One brand in Chile, another in Denmark, another in Norway
and another in Switzerland.

This may not be much help to you, but it could provide a starting
point for the actual "answerer".

Thank you for your efforts.  
One person in offering all the named brands and I was wondering if
they have the brands registered or not.  It is almost impossible to
find the answer to this question.
