I need to know voter participation rates in Japan in a national parlimentary election some time from 1996 to the present by age. The more elections the better. The age-specific rates that I need are of the form: number of voters 20 to 25 years old divided by the population 20 to 25 years old. I need these ratios for all age groups from the earliest age at voting upward. The ratios can be in 10 year age groups as well. I would also accept ratios of the form: number of voters 20-25/people eligible to vote who are 20-25. A table could look like this: Age Group People Who Voted People Eligible to Vote or Population in Age Group 18-25 100 150 26-35 90 140 ... 75 and over 20 30 It is ok if the table just has the above form without the ratios being explicitly computed. I can compute the ratios myself. Thanks. |
