I currently own a summer cottage which I rent on a weekly basis
through a realtor and pay 15% commission to them.  I have been with
the realtor for the past 3 years and the service has gotten worse each
year.

I am considering not having the realtor handle my rentals anymore and
finding renters on my own.

Many of the renters are 'repeat' renters and rent my cottage the same
week every year, so the list of past renters is of value to me.

I would like to know: if I request the list of past renters (name,
address, phone) for my cottage from the current realtor, if the
realtor is required by law to provide it to me?   The cottage and
realtor are located in the state of ohio.

There is a contract with the realtor firm that I sign but it does not
cover this topic at all.
