I am associated with a education website  
http://www.123eng.com and I am looking for a
company which will reliably install & host CASTLE on their servers. 

I need this for MCQ mock tests which we will create and upload.

I have no idea about CASTLE more that what is given on thier webpage,
but I have seen a few installations that work. (on a VPS)

My experience with that was far from satisfactory with 2 hosting
companies said that they could but could not complete and they got an
error message while submitting the form that the methid post was not
allowed.

1) What I specifically want is a list of hosting companies which can
do this. Does it need to have a VPS / Dedicated server?
 
2) If you are knowledgable, some tips / pitfalls in installation.
