I am trying to determine the market statistics for computer repair,
what customers are frustrated with about computer repair services, and
what they expect and don't get from computer repair specialists. Can
you help?

The questions I need answered are the following?

--The Consumer's Perspective--
1.	Statistics about the people who use computer repair services (i.e.,
number of people/households, and why they chose that service).
2.	Major complaints about computer repair services
3.	What people want more: onsite service or repair @ a computer service location
4.	What they want from computer repair services that they aren't getting
5. Where they find the repair services they use (.i.e radio, tv,
phone book, word of mouth, newpaper ads, online research - what are
the percentages of such?)
6. What are the top 5 problems consumers use repair services to fix?

--The Market Outlook--
1. Who are the major competitors in the market?
2. What current breakdown of market ownership?
3. Where is the market going? (ie - onsite service vs phone vs
internet services, etc).
4. What is the average cost of having the computer repaired (onsite
vs in-the-shop)? Example: it is suggested $129.00 is the average cost.
 How was this determined?
5. Ultimately, is this a growing market with potential of sustaining
yet another business competitor?

I hope this is clear. Let me know if it is not.
