Why is it so much easier to subscribe than unsubscribe? I have found
myself having to cancel subscriptions before, and it is not the way I
like to spend my time! Fortunately, canceling online is a snap and I
don't have to spell and respell my last name for the person on the
phone!

posted for this company was incorrect. It may be possible that you got
the address from a printed bill, and the website has since been
redesigned. In any case, you can cancel your subscription in this
manner:

On the next page, click on the 6th choice “Cancel subscription”

On the third page, you enter your credit card information. I was
unable to proceed past this page, but you will be able to with your
credit card number.
