Internet Camera - I need to be able to set up a video converence where
rapid hand movement (sign language) can be seen clearly. I have tired
web cam like logitech makes, but rapid movements blur.  Dedicated
devices like the dlink dvc 2000 do not have this blur, but I need some
hardware I can attach to a PC.
