resident) to the United States. She has done all of her education in
India, including a B.Com and an MBA from a top-10 school. Following
her MBA (in operations), she acquired approx. a years worth of job
experience as an analyst with the IT-arm of the nation's largest stock
exchange. Having now moved to the US, she is interested in continuing
her management career here. She is 25 years old.

Question:
  What is the state of the US-job market (management-level jobs) when
it comes to the placement of people with MBAs from overseas
(especially from India)?  The answer should ideally:

1) Provide comparative statistics showing how Indian/foreign MBAs rate
compared to US MBAs vis-à-vis getting placed in US-based mgmt-level
jobs

2) Provide links to online or offline material dealing with the
subject of placement of Indian MBA grads in US-based mgmt jobs

3) Should provide a link to online or offline resources that provides
career guidance for people with foreign MBAs interested in pursuing a
mgmt career in the US.
