I am looking at setting up a small business to support myself whilst
studying, however before I go through the expense of setting up this
business, I would like to establish the following in relation to the
demand of the business. I am looking at a small computer repair
business for home users and small businesses.

By small businesses I am refering to a business with less than 10 employees.
All this information relates to Victoria, Australia. 

- How many small businesses in the Hume City Council?
- How many small businesses in the Moreland City Council?
- How many IT related companies in this area?
- How many homes are located in this area?

My idea is simple, a computer guy who comes out and fixes minor
problems. If I can't fix it, there will be no charge at all. If I can
fix it, the rates will be low enough that I should be able to get a
call back, and I am studying IT at the moment. I need this information
to perform an analysis before approaching an accountant to help me
form a business plan.
